• California Poppy helps cope with the stress of a hectic lifestyle, contributes to optimal relaxation and improves the quality of natural sleep.
• Hawthorn helps to sleep better and reduce tension and irritability.

HOW TO USE
Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before going to sleep.
